As kind of an "almost end of the summer" treat and in celebration of Griswold 2009 - Day 7's lobster excursion, we had a little Hansen Family lobster dinner on Saturday night. Yes, it all tasted as good as it looks!
Of course eating the lobster was only part of the fun. Watching everyone experience their own difficulties cracking the lobsters open and the unique solutions that each of us came up with was part of the fun. Watching Erik making lobster claws talk was another silly part of the fun. In the end, a great time was had by all, even though we made a bit of a mess!
